Texter is a simple tool that uses CNN to recognize mathematical symbols and generates the equivalent $\LaTeX$ code. The CNN was trained to recognize 369 symbols using this dataset. It achieves 2% top 5 error. The accuracy could be improved but I focused on making the model light with around 110K parameters. The table on the right will show the top 5 predictions.
